Geek squad is there when you need them and hopefully we will never have a problem

I purchased the five year warranty in case of future problems. I haven’t had any issues so I can’t comment on the service. It’s good to know you have it just in case something happens.

Fortunately have only had to use the geek squad service a handful of times, but when I do they were quick to act and was a very pleasant and easy experience.

Thank you for all your help in removing the huge program on my computer and not making fun of my really old lap top! Yes I will be in soon to get an new one.

Have not used the protection service yet. I hope I never have too. That's the reason I only gave it 4 stars. I hated even to rate it until I use it if I ever do. I believe there is a time limit on rating it. I do know they did a very nice jog delivering it and installing it.

So glad I bought this insurance as the next day I needed to call as the TV was having issues. They immediately replaced it without any problem arising, quick and efficient.

Was going to get the 2 year plan, but decided on 5 year after some thought. With the 2 year plan you are paying for one year after manufacturer warranty expires. My new TCL 75 inch TV is covered and I am pleased. Had the plan years ago on another TV and when that could not be repaired , the warranty company gave me a code, I walked into Best Buy and picked a new TV... no money out of pocket, so prior use and peace of mind !

I took it as a protection plan for my 65 inch. If you want a piece of my mind and not thinking of re freshening it for 5 or more years definitely recommend. Pluspoint we can transfer it to other device if we refresh. I checked other plans and by far it is best.

The agents came out and mounted my tv and also connected all my devices, they were very prompt and courteous!

A necessary warranty plan to protect and cover any electronic item bought and ensure long life and functionality.

This is great so if anything goes wrong, your covered and hopefully nothing will go wrong with my appliance, loving this protection plan

I am loyal to Samsung TVs never had an issue until this tv made a pop noise and went out. The motherboard was out of stock since this size is no longer sold and BB Geek Squad replaced it. I like the Geek Squad but had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment and another week for an ordered part that was cancelled just to replace the unit. I will not be purchasing the warranty on the new unit due to this, as I have additional insurance for all electronics in my home. Do better Geek Squad!
