This is a great basic TV. I already had a sound bar and Roku, so I didn't need a Smart TV. The sound and picture are great and it was easy to set-up.

Had purchased a sumsung tv from another retailer strike 1, tv had a problem so contacted their their warranty department with no resolve Strike 2, was treated very poorly Strike 3 !!! Have learned my lesson now and will only purchase my quality items from Best Buy and their warranty group…

I bought my nephew a new TV for his birthday end it was a little larger and I recall the troubles they had putting that one up so I decided to add the geek squad with TV set up and delivery it was well worth It for my nephew as with his schedule it was nice to come home to a new TV hanging on the wall above the fireplace and the TV is protected for five years

Love the Geek Squad. Haven't needed thier service very often as I like to purchase top quality products. When I hVe needed them, thier service was top notch.

After having my 70" Hisense for only 2 years and it went out i decided to get the extra coverage. Although i feel Samsung is a quality product i feel safer with the extended coverage.

I haven't used Geek Squad in awhile, YAYYYY! However I have in the past and was glad I made choice to have this service. They were always able to fix my problem. They offer good customer service. I hated my vizio tv but I was on a small budget so I took a chance with this Insignia Tv I love it better than my vizio. I waited a year to see how it works and it is great , picture is great sound is great I can't complain it better then my Vizio tv. A nice buy for me I going to get a 55 inch later this year.

Used it the 2nd day I bought a new Sony TV, and month 58 of a 5 year plan on a microwave. Got my money back.

I bought this to replace my old TCL that had its power supply randomly get destroyed. This model is a major upgrade in picture, and I haven't noticed the same spy chips from my previous TCL. Totally recommended as it's comparable to TV's 3x its price.

Great service. They chose to replace my tv rather than fix. Got an upgraded tv at no additional cost. Team that brought the new tv to my home was very punctual and communicative through the process. Highly recommend

as you know technology has the 50/50 chance of going bad. i've never had an issue of my stuff going bad as of yet (knock on wood) but I like the ease of mind knowing my product is secured for years to come. price is always a great deal with bestbuy, mid as well purchase it if you want to avoid the hassle of when unfortunately it does happen and you feel your money is now going down the drain.
