Did not order this set up service. Was informed that this is a much better warranty and that you stick by it as Amazon does not stick by their warranties.

I hope I don't use this service but it seemed cheap to buy the insurance just to be safe.

I have no problem picking up the Geek Squad Protection when I am investing in something significant - like this new 55-inch Sony 4K Ultra HD Smart TV. In today's world, where technology becomes obsolete so quickly - having five years of protection gives me the peace of mind I will be covered in case anything goes wrong during the "life" of my TV. Because in five years, I'll probably be buying a new one anyway.

I trust and will continue until they fail to uphold their standards. Literally, the reason to purchase at BB, even if you find it slightly cheaper somewhere else (and for some reason BB won't price match).

I was always that guy that never wanted to get any kind of protection. But please do get the protection because it's something happens in that time frame. You are going to be upset and mad

I haven't needed a Geek Squad associate to fix my TCL p605, which I bought the extended warranty for. However, I do have the confidence in knowing that if something goes wrong, a Geek Squad member will come by my home to fix my TV, if something does happen to it. And, if it CANNOT be fixed, I'll get a refund or replacement. Plus, I know some people, who have used the warranty and love it.

Have not used it yet, but hope coverage is easy to use.

Haven't had to use it for current TV, but used them on past TV and they were fast to come out and troubleshoot and since they couldn't fix it, I received a replacement

I was aware I had purchase this package. However, I will now be taking advantage of it.

Worst tv setup ever. I had a dog chew up original remote for a 70inch tv. Had to buy replacement. So I was having issues with tv running Netflix and other streaming devices. So I did a factory reset on the tv. Didnt know you couldnt program a with a replacement. Must have the original. So now I have a 70 inch brick. Al because their is no way to get past programming remote without oringinal.

Can’t go wrong with Geek Squad protection, ease of mind having coverage if something happens.

Excellent service have used Geek Squad for computer as well as television repair. When they were not able to repair the television they replaced it. Would highly recommend Geek Squad.

We purchase the extended warranty for additional protection for our large TV

Purchased the 5 year warranty for our new Samsung 70” TV. Hopefully we won’t have to use it but if something fails in the next 5 years we are covered! (As long as it is not a cracked or broken screen). Keep any young children away from the TV screen so this doesn’t happen!

I am usually a skeptic when it comes to the actual coverage on these warranties but I can say that geek squad definitely helped my with out a hassle. Tech came out assessed the issue and with in minute I had my replacement options . In store easy process for the new replacement. Get the warranty it works if needed

We purchased the warranty on our new TV when our old TV started having issues less than 4 years old. The new one started having issues 14 months later, 2 months after the manufacturers warranty expired. The geek squad warranty covered it completely. The only thing is that they don't give you credit for the amount you paid for the TV they give you the amount it's currently worth. But still well worth it.

I used to work for Best Buy and I shop a ton here. When it comes to TVs and anything covered with their "accidental handling" I always get the protection plan. It's a real life saver if something goes wrong.
