I had forgot I bought the warranty until my tv died abs I looked up when I bought it. It was 4.5 years, and Best Buy gave me zero hassles. They sent a repair person to try and fix it. When he could not, Best Buy sent the new model for the old tv.

The geek squad , is a must have ! They are fast a reliable ! You gotta love them

I always buy warranty on electronic. Doing so will give you peace in mind.

I hope I never have to use it with our new OLED TV, but it saved my bacon when our 2 yr old LED set developed an issue with the panel. Since Visio panels are not replaceable, it provided a credit equal to my purchase price. This allowed me to upgrade to the better quality picture of OLED.

It's great to know that I have a service plan in case something goes wrong.

Always worth getting the protection plan! A piece of my vacuum broke off many years later and I got a full refund in store credit.

The person we had helping us was super helpful and knowledgeable with any questions I had. I would definitely seek him out again for any other needs I have.

I bought a 600 tv. Ain’t no way I’m not gonna insure it for 2 year after the fire destroyed the last one. I love my tv so much, I literally named it “Brad Pitts TV” I’m almost positive he owns the exact same mode. So no better option then to protect the same tv that he may or may not own.

I am still early in the program but so far I have been satisfied.

They are awesome ! Took my iPhone in there and they fixed it. I was having trouble with reception in my house. !! They put it on wifi calling.

The warranty was cheap and i hope i never need to b use but i have on another tv before and never had questions for complications dealing with the team.

So worth it. Not very expensive and so fabulous when you need it. I’ve popped in for the Geek Squad to answer questions, give me explanations for things that didn’t make sense, help me install programs then understand the nuances, they have run checks as often as I thought my computer was compromised. So helpful, will always have a Geek Squad plan!

Worth for peace of mind. You never know when a cat with knock down your new item.
