I always get the protection plan a d the times I had to use it, no questions asked. My item was either repaired or replaced in a reasonable time frame.

They delivered my SAMSUNG TV to the third floor and as planned.

I would recommend this for any led or lcd tv. As time progresses single pixels may go out (has happened to me) and the entire panel will have to be replaced. This becomes expensive and after time passes they will just fulfill your warrantee on the tv because the panels are not made any more. I had a pixel go out and it drove me crazy having a white spec on the screen. Ultimately it's up to you however.

This insurance is awesome. Twice I've had to replace televisions with this insurance and they were completely covered.

My original TV was purchased last year as an early birthday present wasnt even a full year old before it quit working so I turned to a store I trust qnd bought my vizio from best buy, I love the protection plan ot covers qlot of things like what happened to my old TV.

The agents were professional and installed 2 TVs reasonable time, made sure I understood how to work them. Arrived on time! Personable and cared about performing quality job!

I just love the idea of a 5 year Geek Squad Protection plan. It covers everything including lightening. We live in Florida so that could be important. I do hope I never need to use this reasonably priced product!

Purchased a LG 4K smart tv from Best Buy and added the 5 year Geek Squad Protection to extend the manufacture warranty. Due to brown outs and other voltage irregularities, having this added protection provides peace of mind. A must add on at point of purchase from Best Buy.

I have had the Geek Squad diagnose and fix problems with my laptop twice in one year. They are efficient and knowledgeable. they found viruses that my software could not find. Now it runs like new. They do request that you make an appointment, but I was able to just walk in to have them figure out why an external blu-ray drive would not work.
