Added the protection while purchasing new tv. Hopefully will not be needed. Have had bad experiences with 2 tvs in the past 5 years, thus the added protection.

Having used other extended warranty from Geek Squad I always get one with any major purchase. It gives me peace of mind knowing for at least the length of the warranty I will always have a use able product. When you need it as I have had in the past, it sure felt like a wise decision afterwards.

Highly recommend the Geek Squad Protection, generally I do not ever purchase the “extended “ warranty. I did on a large TV purchase, the TV died just out of the manufacturer’s warranty period. I was given a new one.

It is great that such a long warranty is offered. I have been using geek squad protection for several years on products, and when there is an issue with a product, it is usually replaced in store on the spot hassle free.

Bought the 5 year warranty when I purchased my 40" UHD TV. For some reason, there developed a problem with the TV. I took it to the Geek squad, and they shipped it to Atlanta for repairs. One week later, it was returned, working flawlessly! Best insurance I could have bought!

Gotta have for important purchase. I don't have to worry about my expensive purchase for the next 5 years.

This was a really good buy for my grandkids. It was the perfect item for their convenience. I have purchased others and recommended this it to others.

Always get the protection plan because you never know when you might need to replace whatever you bought

I have purchased this for the past 3 tv's I bought and have had to use them. These skinny flat screen tv's aren't made to be fixed.
