Every time I purchased something at best buy. The geek squad protection is a must. They always help me fix any problems or replace it if they can't fix it.

It is always good to have protection. I did not have to use this service, but had peace of mind knowing it was available.

There was no way I was walking out with $1300 dollar tv and not get the protection needed now a days.Covers everything so don't be cheap and protect your appliances

So I bought the warranty for my 40 inch TCL on October of 2023. I called in cause I had a ghost image and I couldn't get any thing for local channels to work on this Tv and I tried 4 of them. So I called in and they said I had to bring it in or they could charge me to send repair out for service. I had a warranty that said you would never be charged?? So I just had shoulder surgery in May. It didn't go well and now in 2 weeks I am about to have my second surgery on my shoulder. I am older in my 60S. I brought the Tv in and the gentle said I wasn't supposed to bring it in. I would have to take it home and they would charge me. I have a warranty. I told my problem. Then he said he would check if they could replace it for me. Then he came back and said he would have to send it out for repair and it would be more than 2 weeks. I am having surgery and really need to have my Tv. I have always made Best Buy my first stop with TVs. I am going to replace my Tv in living room soon. But I am disappointed that not if I get my Tv I won't be able to install on wall with one arm. Just very disappointed with the overall process. I was hoping for a better outcome.

Bought as added protection. Definitely good for added piece of mind, especially on a more budget friendly tv.

Always buy extra insurance just in case and if so, Best Buy always honors there products and protection .

I have never been let down w any if my purchases as long as I have purchased a warranty. Costumer service is top notch!

The 2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection is good to have on your device just in case something go wrong with it.

work's great has all kinds of apps view is great with 4k

Pretty much covers the possible lifetime for this tv. Better to spend $50 than another $300 if it goes out.

We have used Geek Squad for a number of things so far and they have always done a good job.

Great called them when had small problem on tv the tech knew immediately the solutions

Again, hope I never need it but will come in handy if I do!
