Having this warranty gives me great peace of mind. Fortunately, I have not had to use it. I have had other warranties from Best Buy and live up to their word.

The agent delivered my tv and they were on time with the delivery and both young men were complete gentlemen.

When my tv failed I called in the geek squad. Each one was super nice. But. They misdiagnosed, lost the replacement parts, ordered the wrong parts. Also it’s hard to get an appointment. One customer service rep said they were understaffed and some people have to suffer a little bit. It was a month without my tv. Finally they just replaced it. Haven’t installed the new one yet. Fingers crossed.

Definitely recommended as I have used this one and better than paying to get it repair which is very costly.

Never used geek squad. But I hear good things from them.

Definitely needed for electronics these days. Priced right.

Don’t really need it but always purchased for a a little more protection and piece of mind.

Worth it if you have multiple things to for protection. Great not having to worry about all of the items breaking down.

Good old geek squad protection! Mostly am pleased with the support at best buy locations. Of course, it can vary from store to store, like any business. No support network is perfect, but it is nice to have this to backup your devices!

With tech, you never know the possibility of an electrical component failing. I hope to never experience problems but if I do, I know that I am covered.

I would highly recommend purchasing the warranty along with any product purchase from best buy. They are really great at fulfilling the warranty.
