I havent had any issues with the tv other than the remote which has stopped working after 1.5 years or so. You cannot turn tv on without it- or at least I cant find a button on the tv. Or else there is an app you can use to control the tv but it has to be on to set this up.

We haven't had to use this yet, but it is wonderful that they will come to our house to service the TV.

Have not had to use this yet . Hopefully I won't have to find out how this works
