Would not purchase an expense item without having a extended warranty and the price was right.

I have not had a chance to actually use them but I have heard a lot of great things. I hope that I do not need to use them and this was just for protection but from what I have heard, they are well trained individuals.

It's always a good idea to get extra protection plans on anything that you don't want to buy twice because while the quality is great in most of the new technology, any mass produced items have a few flaws once in a while, quality control is really good nowadays but it's always smart to be sure, I've had a few things that I have had to do the warranty on and I was really happy to have it because the manufacturer warranty had expired. I will always get the warranty.

The LG tv is excellent love the beautiful picture . And the Geek Squad they are amazing always answering my questions and always willing to help.

I have learned if I only have to make one phone call for help it has paid for itself. I purchased a new TV for our bedroom, our first smart TV. Didn’t understand why I couldn’t get it hooked up and working. The geek squad tech talked me thru the setup. He was quickly able to tell me I was missing the correct cable between TV and box. He told me what part was required. Once I got that part (a whole different story and review) I was set up and watching TV in less than 15 minutes.

They come out pretty timely, but never does one visit suffice. THey always have to come and diagnose then order parts and then return sometimes up to 3 times. But the service does cover repairs, and if the same problem exists 3 times, they will replace your item.

The geek squad delivered my tv on time and the entire process was quick and easy.

I never used the tv. As the TV was returned, defective. But, the customer service, was very good.

Great price and excellent picture. The 4k channels are amazing. I purchased the 5 year warranty at a reasonable price. I’ve used these warranties from Best Buy in the past and TV was replaced.

Well, as of this time we have not needed support by Gee Squad but expect they will provide support if we need it. TV was straight forward to set up

This tv is wonderful is cuality pictures and everything you need is in the screen you no need boxes or pay dish or direct tv. The sound is very good.

I had an issue with Tv called spoke with a service tech he verifed glitch and replaced it without any hassle the warranty is well worth the money

Whenever I make large electronic purchases, I always consider and usually purchase the optional Geek Squad Protection which is typically for at least 5 years. Most of the time, it has come in very handy with address issues with products like when our Whirlpool Washer we purchased in 2007 had numerous issues (never the same problem) over the years which Best Buy fixed each time. Do yourself a favor and consider getting this when making large purchases.

Purchased an OLED tv and I would be lying if I didn’t feel nervous about encountering any issues. Such as power surge issues, burn-in, dead pixels etc. I usually lose power at my house during a heavy storm and living in Florida we get those quite often. So that is a big concern for me and of course the possibility of burn-in. I doubt my tv usage would cause burn-in early on but the peace of mind is worth it. I’d highly recommend geek squad protection

Feels good knowing my things are protected if something happens.
