Havent really used this as i have had no probkems with my product

I purchased the protection for my TV and I am glad I did, Geek has a great reputation and I know my product will be protected if needed. I have purchased a Geek refurbished product and it worked great.

A very nice service coverage for a great price. The extended warranty is a nice protection to add.

I always try to buy this plan on all of my purchases. Now, if my mother-in-law's TV breaks down, I can get it fixed for her.

I always get Best Buy's extended warranty on anything over $250. My Samsung 75" flat screen croaked 4 years into the warranty, and as a result, more than paid for itself.

Best Buy only offers 2 years instead of 5 years on their Geek Squad Protection Plan. 2 years is better than no years. It’s a must anything you buy from Best Buy.

Best Buy do back up on their warranties are very good

Thankfully I haven’t had to use it so far! Better to be safe than sorry.

My tv had lcd lines running across the screen and they refunded me for credit for the value of the tv

Best products to have in case of any damage to your TV

Nopefully never needed. idk why companies want reviews ONLY weeks after a purchase, at least send another review link 1-2 year after.

The help is great! But I don’t use most of the opportunities because I don’t have many problems. I feel the cost is too much for my application and preferred the prior pricing.
