Always excellent customer service from my Best Buy Geek Squad repair team!!

Everyproblem from loading, interface, distortions, dropouts have been dealt with quickly and efficiently be the Geek squad. Mostly over the phone, but once or tice at Best Buy. These people know what they are doing and are worth the investment.

Replaced my television 20 months into my 2 year warranty. The issues the tv had were not fixable

I chose to purchase 2 years of Geek Squad Protection for my tv just in case anything were to happen. I don't expect it to, but it's good to know that Best Buy is going to do everything possible to fix it if it comes to that.
