I view this as I do auto and homeowners insurance. It is a must for electronics. I have had to use on a different product on the past and it was fairly simple.

I always get a protection plan thru geek squad , even when there is new coverage. Geek squad will fix it or replace it!! and on large items they will come to you no fee!!!

I was told that I could buy this online, but after many support chats, in which I was told I could buy it online, I was told that I could not in fact buy it online and had to drive back to the store to buy it. (40 minute drive!) Very annoying that multiple employees and support agents had no idea the C2 had to have it's protection purchased in store.

I haven't had to use it put the peace of mind is worth every penny. I always buy a protection plan for all my products.

The protection is very important for any investment made on purchasing a costly household item

I was informed I can get my tv fixed if something is wrong with it. If they can’t fixed it they will replace it

Haven't needed to use geek squad yet, however this is a good thing to have for those just in case moments!

Fortunately i haven't had to use, but its always nice to know its there.

The service reps did an excellent job and customer friendly hopefully my product never breaks but I am confident with there service

5 year in home service warranty straight from Best Buy. When you spend more than $2k on a tv this is a must.

For the price and coverage it's a must. I wish I would have bought on my tcl. Now I'm stuck w a Samsung dumpster fire

I pray that my device last for a long. But, if it starts to have a problem within the five years period, at least I am covered.
