Pricey for a 2 year service fee but does cover everything but physical damage. Hope device covered doesn’t break s down

A lot of TV's start to have issues around 3-4 years. The 5 year plan is the way to go...it includes a lot of extra perks as well!

Couldn’t do all that I needed to do on my own so thankful for this service

Bought a plan for my last 50" TV. had issues after year one and geek squad came out and replaced the main board. year two it started giving me the same issue and was told it couldn't be repaired. Instead of giving me a comparable TV, they gave me the money back I paid for the TV. That would typically be good but I got this TV at a huge discount so I could not possibly replace it with anything comparable. I would have rather had my TV repaired or given something similar. When I purchased the plan I asked if the plan would get me something similar if it ever came to it and was told it would. I specifically asked because of the low price. Instead I had to add $500 of my own money to get something similar. Geek Squad should really provide more options when fulfilling their plans.

The agents were knowledgeable, helped me with my questions, and offered alternative solutions.

Geek Squad purchases are awesome to have. Best Buy is very helpful when something is wrong.

Geek squad protection is the way to go on items that are expensive and possibly could fail.

My TV is still working fine so I have not had to use my 5 year protection plan yet.

Had to wait a few days but removed the damaged TV nd brought the new TV into the home with care.

Geek squad covers everything if it goes wrong. Love the coverage and the service. Saves you from buying a brand new tv

Terms seem fair and it seems straight forward. Warranty is always a must for electronics

Bought a 55" tv with a geek squad warranty. Price was reasonable for 5 years of coverage. Hopefully we don't ever need to use it

A great service to have with a brand new TV. Worth it

I usually don’t take an extended warrantee, but in this case the price was low enough to justify the added insurance. I have not needed to hse it so far.
