I got the 42” to use as a PC monitor and its been excellent. Blows away every other monitor I’ve used in the past and the added versatility is a nice value add. I’ve had no problem with the auto adjusting brightness limiter and don’t mind having to turn the TV on first (as opposed to how monitors will just wake from sleep), but YMMV.

Kelyn and another agent got my setup done quickly and with great skill and knowledge. Hopefully, I’ll never have to use the Squad service but if I do I will feel confident if they all are as knowledgeable, skilled and courteous as Kelyn.

Install can be a stressful experience but you are in good hands with a geek squad install!!! Courteous and knowledgeable describes the process. Definitely dependable and efficient!

The protection for my tv was a good choice. So far Haven’t had to use it

I selected to purchase the Geek Squad Protection Service Contract for my 50 inch Samsung LED UHD TV because of the positive previous experiences with Best Buy's Geek Squad. I had my office laptop die on me and they assisted me in selecting a suitable replacement and completely recovered and transferred all of my previous data to the new laptop. I would not hesitate to purchase a service contract from them in the future

I bought a 40"LED TV Westington Brand 4 1/2 yrs ago in Best Buy plus the geek squad protection. About 3 yrs later.... that TV started to have problem, I called Geek told them the problem, and they told me there they would send a tech to my house to fix within 7 days. A tech called me that they ordered a part from the manufacturer, need to wait 7-10 days for the parts. He would contact me once the parts was here. I guess there is a policy stating after certain days If they couldn't fix your product, they will exchange a new one or if the product is out of stock, refund will be offered. I got the refund. But please keep your receipt for the proof.

Never known what can happen but with Geek Squad Service I know I'm covered.

This is an amazing TV! I can't think of any downsides. Perfect blacks and great color!

It was very easy to replace the TV when it broke. I recommend buying the warranties because they are really worth it.

I wrote another review for the first extended warranty I had purchased from the geek squad. My dad’s TV had gone out and had been discontinued. The geek squad came to the house and within days had a new TV installed and running for my dad. I had purchased the first warranty, thank God I was those TVs are expensive. So when this TV went out and was replaced I also purchased another extended warranty for a Christmas present just in case the TV went out again. They did a great job and thank God I purchased the warranty.

I’ve had extremely good luck with extended warranties. I’ve gotten a replacement for every item I purchased the plan for! The one TV I didn’t get one for, just burned me! It was a top of the line Sony and the repair estimate was $10,000.00!!! Buy the warranty. It’s worth every penny.
