I bought an open box tv. All my purchases at best buy are made with the 5 year warranty. Best bargain by far in this inflation climate we are Experiencing.

The agents came out and mounted my tv and also connected all my devices, they were very prompt and courteous!

I have always gotten extended warranty's. Best Buy and Geek Squad make this warranty worth having. I have had some trouble with the last three Samsung TV's that I have bought. All of them were replaced under warranty and the team at Best Buy and Geek Squad were great help when it came time to use my warranty. I can't stress enough how valuable it is to have an extended warranty. Its an added cost but the sense of security outweighs that cost.

I use this mostly for online and telephone support. When I do, the agents are always knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and stay with it until the issue is figured out and fixed. Good value. Not cheap. But compared to the cost and hassle of trying to fix stuff yourself and/or take it to someone to fix it and/or hire someone to come in, this is a very good value.

I bought this extended warranty for a tv that I purchsed for my father. Good piece of mind knowing that he has a 5 year warranty instead of one year that the manufacturer gives you.

Ordered TV online and was ready to pick up not long after. Wish it could have been delivered but my area is out of range. Great and fast service. Greensboro. Helped load TV.

Always buy the warranty people, always a safe bet and have had no problems with it

Seems I always get Geek Squad warranty n never need it but it’s better to get it n hav it n not need it than to not get it n then need it Better to b safe than sorry

I love to always get a Protection for the years cause you never know what will happen. It’s better to be safe than sorry.

The sales representatives were very helpful and the checkout time was very good and the customer services was good also.

The agents hooked up the TV and explained everything to us from turning it on to turning on Prime Video. These guys were very knowledgeable, smart, and especially patient with us and took their time to install the tv and were very neat and cleaned up after themselves including taking the box/trash with them. All I had to do was to sit down and enjoy my new TV.

I like the geek squad plans we have the five year plan for our TV. The agent who sold our TV stated it will cover any issues we have for our tv. And if the TV still has issues they will replace it with the same TV comparable to what you originally paid for it. It’s a good plan and you pay it along with buying your product one time.

Well .. now I have u big tv .. I hope never have to use squad service.. but .. if something happens.. they will take care

Warranties can be kinda scary but sometimes needed as you never know
