I’m confused about the returned note… geek squad guys requested for the exchange of the tv… we end up getting a different tv and paid extra and that’s fine but was told we can’t transfer the protection we paid extra to this new tv… we paid for 5 yrs protection and it’s only over a year and problem arises..

Really amazed about how the service was handled, just call and they gave me the appointment date for the technician and once he knows my tv problem I receive and email in my case to exchange my tv, thank

Customer service is absolutely horrible, especially when combined with best buy customer service. I purchased protection plan on a tv from best buy, said tv stopped working. I have been waiting on a replacement tv going on 3 months now, everytime they schedual an appointment to bring a tv and I change my daily plan to accommodate it they send a text telling me I have to reschedule. That in itself takes 20 to 30 minutes. My customer satisfaction with geek squad AND best buy is ZERO. I will not ever purchase anything from either again.

Look no further, for the price you won't get a better picture than this. Almost OLED quaility, but way brighter, so perfect for a Living room with lot of natural light. Save $1000 and get this unit a try.

It was a bit rough I was passed off a few times and given someone cell phone to contact for repair/replacement.

I would always recommend this, especially on small appliances and television as if you need it they are courteous and prompting getting you satisfaction and it always helps to be able to get things taken care of right away

Thanks for the fine folks at the Florence Best Buy. We have bought so many appliances and TVs and more and we always take the five year warranty. We’ve only had to use the warranty twice over 20+ years. But it’s always nice having peace of mind, if anything does happen.

This is one of the Absolute BEST TVs that I have ever owned and the amount of free channels from Samsung show me that I do not need cable TV and that my Apps like Prime, YouTube, etc. The sound and picture clarity of this Samsung is wonderful and the only thing that I could say is that if they added a built-in sound bar option would be amazing.

It is always good to get this on more expensive items, look a TV, but not sure it is as essential for under $100 items.

They came and inspected my broken Hisense TV and was able to replace it. For 100, it is pretty worth for 5 years coverage. I wish the warranty would extend and cover the replacement TV but I have to buy a new 5 year plan. Would be 5/5 if the new TV continued the the previous warranty plan.

Haven’t had to use it yet but it gives me a peace of mind knowing my product will be taken care of.

Came into store with a broken Dyson and I was back out of the store with product replaced in less than 30 minutes!

A must-have installation and set up was great connected everything including sound bar checked all connections and make sure everything was a great condition before leaving And I have the peace of mind known if anything goes wrong I am covered
