I have not had to use this service yet and hope that I won't need to. Bought it 'just in case'. And because I haven't used Geek Squad (so I can't actually give an accurate star rating) I gave it 4 stars in hopes that if I have to use it, they will measure up to at least a 4, but hopefully will be a 5.

I mean all I did was get protection. If anything happens to my TV then I'll be able to get it fixed, so it definitely lowers my anxiety around that.

Not much to say since just got it and nothing gone wrong yet, hope you don't need it but feel relief that do. Just reviewing for the gift card entry.

I think this is on my sound bar and hopefully I will never have to use it but glad to have peace of mind knowing if I do I can bring it in and they will take care of it.

It's insurance. Something you gamble on, not knowing and hoping you will ever need it. But if you do, my TV is covered completely for five years!

You can't beat getting protection and troubleshooting abilities with expert technicians when it comes to your electronics. I've been dealing with Best Buy for 15 years and have never been disappointed with it's services. I ALWAYS get the Geek Squad Protection Plan for peace of mind and assurance of my product. It's the only way to go. Get quality products and quality service. You'll be happy that you did.

I've used geek squad warrenty in the past and they do honor there warranty and this plan is price great for product i purchase.

Customer service was great, first tv was broken that arrived. Replaced it the next day

Had to replace my other tv I bought from Best Buy and I bought the 5 year warranty and it’s great to have so you can use that replacement to get another tv!

I received excellent service from the Geek Squad as they brought the new TV that I had purchased and installed it for me. They also asked me if I had an questions about the operation of it so that they could explain. Everything I wondered about they did explain. And if any other questions arise I know I can call them up to get the answer. They are always courteous and helpful.

I recommend always purchasing an extending warranty with any electronic/appliance you buy these days. It has paid off for me in so many ways, whereas I would be stuck with a huge repair bill or an unusable product. Best Buy has always been terrific about honoring their extended warranties, with with repair or replacement. The Geek Squad has always been easy to deal with, whether in store or home delivery and set up.

This is a fan favorite for me. Best Buy is the only place I buy electronics because of this service.

We stay in Florida and our house was built before the 1970s, so no 3 wire electrical. Everytime we have a T-storm something is bound to get hit. Even with surge protectors and battery backups on all the expensive TV's and devices. So paying the extra for geek squad protection is a must have and a no brainer.

It’s a great deal for protection in case anything happens to your devise during the first 5 years.

I would never buy a product from Best Buy without their geek squad protection. I had a light blow out on an older tv & they had me with a new tv the same day in store. You can’t beat that kind of customer service.
