Its always worth it to get geek squad protection .

You guys deliver the TV to my home just last week and the Google Assistant on the TV is not working. Every time I try to use it it says I’m sorry there is some kind of glitch try back later. I called today to make an appointment with the geek squad to see if they could revisit my home to correct that problem. They finally called me back within the hour and said sure no problem can we do it over the phone. My response sure no problem. Guess what they put me through to an Automated answering service. There is no way I could get through that them. I finally decided to just let the phone ring and ring and ring it rang 35 times. I still did not get an answer. Please get someone on the phone. The last time I had to have your district manager get in touch with you guys to get my TV hooked up... I certainly hope it doesn’t come to that again but I definitely will keep trying to reach you until you a person calls me back

Quality of service not as good as past years. The online Geeks completely wiped out my data, email, etc. All while assuring me this would not happen during call for routine help during COVID-19 lock-down. After speaking with two supervisors and receiving numerous apologies, I took to the store when possible. Again, swapped out software but the Windows added is not the same as I ha d. Very disappointed and reluctant to have any laptop help via the GeekSquad now.

Not a bad value & if it breaks it will be a great decision

I haven’t used my service yet to give the right review as far as their service. However, what I can say is that the services included within the package that they sent me seems to cover a lot and it gives me that added peace of mind for if something should go wrong.
