Got the extended warranty on my new TCL. Well worth the money in my opinion as I am not familiar with the brand coming from an LG.

I bought a Sony TV in 2017 and purchased a 5 year Geek Squad warranty. I thought the Sony TV would last a long time, but I decided to buy the warranty just in case. The TV suddenly quit working in May 2020. Best Buy sent a repairman out to check TV. It could not be repaired. They replaced it with a new TV. So glad I had the 5 year warranty. It's also nice to be able to call Geek Squad when I have any questions.

If you are purchasing a high end tv or high end Home theater setup, get this. I am not a believer in protection plans for almost all products , but i have purchased this for Both of my LG tvs and i am so glad i did,. Had issues with burn in on my first LG and Geek Squad was extremely helpful and lived up to the warranty. EXCELLENT< THANK YOU BEST BUY!!!!!

I purchased the 5 year Geek Squad Protection but cancelled the service because I returned the television that I bought it for.

I would recommend the service protection from The geek squad from Best buy it's affordable and service is great so go grab some geek squad protection on your appliance ,TV or any electronic that is offered on

I've only had to use the geek squad a couple of times. And each time they we very helpful.

Anytime I purchase anything over $500 I always purchase the extra protection plan. This way I know if something happens to my tv in that 5 year duration. Everything is covered as far as replacement parts, labor etc....

Let’s hope the tv either lasts longer or breaks within g the 5 year window, this warranty purchase will determine if I ever purchase one again. 10/10….

Highly recommend extended warranty through Best Buy! The entire process is easy, and the techs are prompt and professional. They really took care of all my needs right through setup and walk through.

I had the 5 year protection plan on my GX 77” oled and had issues with the tv. Geek squad tried a repair which didn’t work so they replaced the tv with a new G3 77” oled. I would recommend this plan (which I got again on this tv)
