So far haven’t had to use it but good to know I’m covered

So far so good. My TV remote broke, I brought it to bestbuy, they took it and sent me a neq one in a few days! I bought the 5 year warranty for my 55" oled LG TV because all the reviews said it gets burn in on the screen...it's been 3years and NOburn-in, absolutely no issues at all.

Love the television but really appreciated Steven Wrenn of Geek Squad who installed it within my home theater group. He was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining everything to me. I also purchased at his suggestion a master remote controller. He programmed and again explained how to find everything I needed. I LOVE having one device do it all. If I ever need a Geek Squad service call I hope Steven is one to respond. I am attaching a photo showing quality of picture.

The reason for the 4 stars is because of all the problems trying to set up the appointment to come out and install the Tv. I purchased a 55” smart tv. The installation appointment was changed 3 times. Other than that the service was great!!

The crews are very patient and nice. Though it took some time to get all issue resolved, I am very happy that Geek Squad provide protection to my TV purchase and offered the best outcome

Geek Squad does upstairs delivery, setup and haul; away and rescues my bad back. I used Best Buy's crack service division, The Geek Squad to install my new 77 inch HDTV in our small home theater room upstairs. I bought my nephew a new TV for his birthday end it was a little larger and I recall the troubles they had putting that one up so I decided to add the geek squad with TV set up and delivery it was well worth It for my nephew as with his schedule it was nice to come home to a new TV hanging on the wall above the fireplace and the TV is protected for five years

Had a smaller tv , fire tv also. When we was looking for a gift for us. Found this on sale, we drove 60 miles round trip to get it. IT WAS TOTALLY WORTH THE TIME. PICTURE IS SO CRIP, CAN SEE EVERYTHING SO MUCH BETTER.

I had the protection on my old TV and I'm glad I did! MY TV broke 4 months after my original warranty ran out. I called them and they came out to fix it, they had to order a new board. They came back 2 more times, and they couldn't fix it, so they gave me another brand new TV. tv
