Got the service to protect my purchase. Great peace of mind.

We didn't want any liability for our new Sony 75" TV set failing under Sony's or Best Buy's warranty. And given that we had the Geek Squad do the installation, it was a no brainer to have the Best Buy warranty. Even if nothing fails, its better insurance than we have for hurricane damage on the house!

Floor staff uplsold me to the 5 year protection plan. Hopefully i dont regret it

Very excellent and great work. I took in my laptop computer that was all messed up and yes they fixed the problem and it didn’t take long. If you don’t have it get it.

I haven't needed to contact the geek squad yet, but having the coverage at a very good price is comforting.

The only third-party Protection Plan or Warranty offered that I know of that has protection against OLED Screen Burn. This alone made it an excellent puchase for me and allowed me the peace of mind to use my TV without the fear of permanent image retention being a factor.

When getting a new TV definitely get their geek squad protection. They come to you if there’s any problems.

Good price for open box. Nice 42" fire TV. Using it in our RV when traveling. Picture quality is very good and size is not to big for small space.

The price of the warranty has doubled however down the line I will definitely appreciate having purchase the warranty should the tv have issues.

My tv picture died just a few months before the 5 years was up. I was given an e-gift card to use toward the purchase of a new tv. The reason for only four stars is that I made multiple long phone calls to get it straightened out. It shouldn’t have taken me so long to get the credit for the covered item.

Glad i got this with a tv purchase, bought a dishwasher a few months later and got free install and haul away of old dishwasher They did send a contractod to install it, they put a screw through my counter top

The 5 year geek squad warranty is excellent. If they can’t fix the TV they will replace it. The geek squad comes to your residence they are very polite, professional and prompt with time.

It is worth the extra price for the extra warrantee. Highly recommended.

I have it use them but I hope they have a great customer service.
