I got this for my 50” flat screen. 1 year later I call them up and tell them somehow my screen is glitched on one side I sent pictures and they told me they couldn’t fix it. So they gave me a free TV. Smaller but it was an upgrade. My flat screen was just a regular tv ended up getting a Samsung 43”

Only problem is three service calls before an exchange. Tech was on time and courteous. Finally after 45 days authorization for exchange was given. Authorized 50 inch as 49 was no longer made with one model drop. Still worth the money !

It's kind of hard to Rate, I have not had the opportunity to use the service. Hope I never will.

Geek squad sent a technician right away, technician had inspected the tv and could not repair the issue said it was a defect so recommended a refund or replacement, I had no issues with receiving a new replacement, thank you Geek Squad.

It works great and the picture quality is great. It was easy to setup in less than 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this television.

Worth every penny. They replaced my Vizio 58 inch TV, purchased in Nov 2020. After verifying it could not be fixed they offered me my choice of several comparable TVs. The whole process was quick and easy. All it cost was the price of a new 2yr protection plan.

As this was a gift to my mother I purchased the warranty so I could have someone go to her if the item needed repair. This makes everyone’s life easier

Purchase protections plans selectively. When I've had an issue replacement easy.

Our previous tv (Vizio) used to jump and had a "squiggly" picture when the scenes changed in a show. It was about 1/2 the tv picture when it did this. Geek Squad came out and looked at the tv, replaced wires, replaced the mother board to no avail. They did everything they could, but the tv couldn't be fixed. Made it easier to return it for a new model. Very professional and worth the warranty price.

I am usually a skeptic when it comes to the actual coverage on these warranties but I can say that geek squad definitely helped my with out a hassle. Tech came out assessed the issue and with in minute I had my replacement options . In store easy process for the new replacement. Get the warranty it works if needed

I have a few questions, what is the price of the item, are you expecting it to last awhile, and is it a good product if you checked those boxes then you should get a warranty {my opinion of course}

This was protection for an Open Box TV. I have already reviewed that TV as excellent and the warranty was not needed. I cannot say I would recommend the service since I did not need to use it but if you are purchasing an open box I guess, like me, you may wish to buy the warranty as it still was cheaper than the full price of a new set.

No question it’s a smart buy!! as equipment get more sophisticated there is more possibility of things breaking down. This is a great way to protect yourself, and ensure that you do not waste your hard earned money.

I always buy the protection when spending nearly 2000 on a tv. Bought the KS9500 and within the first 6 months, the screen displayed a line of dead pixels! Glad I had the protection.

The Geek Squad tech was so knowledgeable and helpful. He showed me and explained the setup. As a result, the TV works as I want!
