Good tv and brand. Had my other 55” going on 5 years. This one however stopped working after 3months. Geek squad came out determined it was the screen itself and couldn’t be fixed, but with my warranty i can still return it. Good to have.

Haven't need it yet but the best buy employee helped me understand the value of this, especially for OLED TV long term. Worth the price imo

Great method of getting peace of mind for your expensive TV purchase. The burn-in coverage is something unique when it comes to warranties offered by established sellers.

When I call Geek Squad and told them that the delivery man just came and dropped off the TV without helping me set it up, they told me not to worry that he would have them turn around to help me set it up, and that put my mind at ease that I made the right decision but getting this warranty.

Excellent TV! Roku really knows how to make TVs. The picture and sound quality are awesome.

Excellent GS protection for Bravia OLED. If this TV fails in 5 years you want it protected for the price point of the TV and protection. GS protection is very good.

Uses it in the past and hope to have a seamless experience if I’m in need again.

Best Buy has the best in damage protection. If I've ever had an issue they either fix, replace or refund. THAT'S why i always buy the piercing plans from them on my expensive items.

Great to have even if I never use it. Just knowing my Tv is covered makes owning the 5 year coverage is worth it.

They helped me mount my tv and when it had issues with they were able to help me out and get my tv fixed, and fast, I might add. Very excellent customer service.

Wouldn't buy a product without protection and I know it will be worth it if something goes wrong

This 2 year protection service lived up to its promise. I bought a floor model TV. Ten days later it had technical issues. The Geek Squad surpassed my expectations. I not only received store credit for the TV, they also credit the money that I spent on this protection plan.

I purchased this for a 70" television I bought from Best Buy. I will have 5 years of coverage. I have had several of these plans before but only had to use one on a Yuneec drone I got a couple of years ago. If they are as nice with my TV plan as they were with the drone I should have no problems.

Good expalanation for necessity of protection plan.

Keeps my mind stress free of any possible mishaps with my purchase. Definitely needed if you live in a rowdy household like myself
