Always worth getting the protection plan! A piece of my vacuum broke off many years later and I got a full refund in store credit.

I have never had to use this for this tv. Price is decent for a warranty on a tv tho

The service and follow up are very good. This is a much better alternative to square trade. The 2 year plan is essentially worth one extra year after the factory warranty expires. But no extensive calls with the manufacturer that will leave you exhausted and angry. The Geek Squad experience I had with my TV was a piece of cake.

Geek squad is the best. I hope I don’t have the need to use them, but if I do, I know that it will be fixed correctly.

I still havent had to use my geeks squad extended protection, but its nice to know I have it available if needed.

Its totally worth the extra money. I get with each purchase With 2 kids and 7 nieces and nephews it feels good knowing that none of the parents will have a heart attack when one of our kids inevitably breaks something and any of our homes. Plus the replacement aspect is hassle free!

I don't have to worry about anything with the geek squad, Making a phone call and having no worries makes me happy. Geek is always there when I need their help. The team is very acknowlable and it's a pleasure speaking or working with them. Keep up the good work, Geek Squad....

Went into the store with a tv that had a protection plan it wasnt working properly they exchanged i walked out with a new one and was 100% satisfied and will continue to shop with best buy

When your new TV costs all of $400 it's a no brainer to pay a bit extra for the extended warranty. Still, I hope I never need to use it!

Vizio failed after 4yrs unfortunately. Thankfully the warranty helped me out by getting store credit for my tv so not all is lost. Happy with the service!

Normally I don't like protection or extended warranties plans. I figure if you buy good products if anything goes wrong it will happen doing the warranty period. But recently I had some bad experience and feel this is worth the money.

honestly, geek squad protection is one of the best i’ve ever used. they are always such nice people to talk to and they always find a solution for your problem!

For the small price, it is a very worthwhile investment. We've use it on other items, and never had a problem. Hope we never need it, but if we do....

If you need help getting it to your house they will bring it and hook it up if you need them to.The protection plan is my favorite part of the geek squad.

Have not taken advantage of this yet but the price was reasonable. we have electrical outages and i wanted to be protected in case there was some damage to our recently purchased television during an outage. again I thought the price was very fair. I would recommend it to any one.

I always buy protection with every device I buy. I wouldn't have it any other way.

Sure it may cost a little extra, but you get extra time on your warranty... No brainer
