I have used the protection plan before and got a new TV when it couldn't be repaired, and we have a lot of lightning storms where I live now. Got a good price on TV but I want to be safe and not sorry.

A necessary add on when buying the Insignia tv brand. My orevious Insignia, which I loved, died after 4 years. And I did not have the extended warranty.

My experience with the home theater personnel was absolutely excellent.

The protection plans are a must buy if you ever do need to contact them it’s so easy to and they will come out asap if they need to I’ve had plans from other places and Best Buy is the best

This service provides a great amount of peace of mind on purchasing something reasonably expensive for me such as a TV or gaming console. Because of this warranty I have been able to have defective equipment be repaired or replaced by a working one without much of a hassle or tedious paperwork.

I was very excited when the agent told me that am qualified for new TV and I will also get a refund for the difference in price.

Always buy the protection plan when you buy something. I bought some 150$ Headphones for my pc last year. They ended up breaking and not working. I still had the protection plan on it so they replaced it and cause the price went down they gave me a gift card with the remaining balance. Really worth your money to buy the protection.

Great guys on geek squad much prefer over contractors

I grabbed this two-year protection plan to add to the base coverage on the Insignia TV at the time of purchase. Having the additional "Geek Squad" protection gives me additional peace of mind (especially considering this unit was purchased for my son's usage. Bear in mind this coverage is only on the parts & labor - it does not provide accidental damage protection. Still, for my purposes, it was money well spent.

Essential purchase for high end electronics. A MUST buy.

The 5year Geek Squad protection plan is so worth the money. My 60” TV just gave out 4 years into the protection plan, had someone out here almost immediately to try and repair it to no avail. He made a call and we had a new one on the way to us 4 days later. They installed, set up and carted away the old one.

The agents mounted new set to existing mount, set up and walked thru basic operations and functions. Saved a bunch of frustration using Geek Squad

Outstanding service contract. The price was right and the coverage is great. It gives me peace of mind to know that my electronics are covered by a great contract. One might take a chance and go without the contract, but, i'd rather be safe than sorry.
