Tv feels great, looks great i can’t complain i had a pioneer 55 inch before i got the Roku tv Pioneer was awful! Black outs no picture and thank you geek squad for the quick response into helping me get a new tv under the manufacturer warranty, they are very helpful and every flexible and fast thank you Really worth the putting the protection plans on the tvs saved me 200 bucks!

We finally got this 86 inch NanoCell LG TV set up over the weekend and let me start by saying it’s amazing! We may need to get a bigger TV stand because it’s so huge! The picture quality is out of this world, very high definition. We have already streamed a few movies on it from the built in smart features it comes with, Netflix being one of the many. It feels like you are actually at the movie theater! The fact that it comes equipped with Alexa already built in is also a bonus. We have it synced with our other Alexa’s to change the channel or shut the TV off on its own just by telling Alexa to do it. The remote is also awesome! It has a roller ball on it similar to a computer mouse. There is a cursor that shows up on the screen when you point the remote at it. So you just use the cursor to click on whatever feature or channel you want, it’s very cool!! My 6 year old loves playing with it and it makes it so easy for her to work the tv. There is also a microphone button on the remote so she can speak into it and tell it what to do. Smart TV’s have come so far and this one definitely does not lack in the creativity department! It also is great for gaming. The characters look so life like and real, my husband loves that! I definitely recommend anyone looking for a new TV to try this out!

I purchased a new 43" Toshiba Tv set 2 years ago and I'm glad I got the 5 year GeekSquad protection plan! Well, long story short, the TV crapped out on me. I suspect it was the Power circuit board. As it just shut off and wouldn't switch on anymore. GeekSquad credited me and I upgraded to a 55" TCL TV. No hassle. No problem. Went and got my New TV the next day. I have had many laptops in my career and usually all the transfers from old to new laptop were handled by corporate IT admins. This was the first that I had to do on my own. I wanted the same image on my new laptop. The Geek Squad made it a painless process and were very helpful. I highly recommend them.

I had my new 65" Samsung Micro RGB TV delivered by the Geek Squad. The tracking app and communication from the team was excellent. The Geek Squad were very quick and actually made a couple recommendations for setup of my new 65" TV. The team also moved my existing 55" Samsung TV, that I previously purchased from Best Buy, to a spare bedroom. Unfortunately after the Squad left I hooked up my existing TV and there was a white splotch on the lower center of the screen. I tried all my different inputs and it was an issue with my screen. I contacted Best Buy and they pro-rated the age of my existing TV and sent me a $300 gift card for the issue with the screen. Although it was a nice gesture from Best Buy, I am stuck with an existing 55" TV that I cannot view as my eye goes to the white splotch on the screen. I would of appreciated it more it they would have given me more money for the damaged TV as it can't be properly replaced with a equivalent new purchase without me reaching in my own pocket. Very unfortunate.

What a great tv. My fist big tv. Watched a movie the first night. What a treat that was. The sound is amazing, like a theater. The picture is great, the remote has a learning curve. No numbers so it takes a bit the get to far away channels. Had a struggle rescanning for channels. Online was no help. Zero.

I usually never get a protection plan, but decided to go with one for my new FireTV and I have peace of mind knowing that if anything goes wrong with my VT, BB will immediately replace it and for only )20 for 2 years it’s a no brained

I always purchase geek squad protection on anything of value because it has come in handy many times. It has saved me from having to purchase a new tv, new fan, and many other items because they covered it under the plan and gave me the price I paid originally as a credit towards a new one. The protection plan has also saved me on maintenance cost and has prolonged the life of my appliances so I’m not buying new ones all the time. As we all know, they don’t make things as well as they use to and they break down way more often and just quit on you sooner than they used to.

The five-year Geek Squad Protection plan provides extra peace of mind for my purchase. The coverage period is excellent, and the plan was easy to add during checkout. I have not needed to use the service yet, but it is reassuring to know that additional protection is available if a problem occurs.

GEEK SQUAD SERVIE I have no used it yet but they have a great protection policy and for thew value its great, it was easy to sign up for when I bought my rv and I can pull up on my Best Buy app!!

Perfect for our large media room! It takes the place of an 86" tv and the difference is huge. Picture quality is excellent. Buyers should keep in mind that the screen will need several hours of burn in time to let the built in AI do its thing. Avoid the temptation to adjust the color, contrast, or brightness until you have watched a few movies on it. I found that our TV needed no adjustment once we had 8 or so hours of screentime on it. Best Buy performed the delivery and installation on my second floor. They did an excellent job!

I like knowing that I have piece of mind with a product that I spent a good amount of money on. The protection gives me the ability to be able to get it repaired or replaced.Should anything happen like with my last product.

So far so good! I’m only inputing 1080P into it because I’m using it as a computer monitor at work. I had bought the 65 inch in this model for a small conference room at work and was impressed, so when this was on sale and they had an open box deal, I jumped. It’s more than bright enough, and the little that I’ve used the speakers, they’re not horrible for what they are, but I wouldn’t want to use them for watching movies in a family room. I’m a speaker snob though. I installed this and the 65 myself.

Would not purchase a TV without the warranty. In the past fifteen years the warranties have saved us over $1500 on 3 TVs. Cost of the 5 year warranties about $300. No hassle in using the warranty.

I went right through the Best Buy app, got product support, and was able to schedule an appointment in minutes. They sent multiple reminders, so I always knew what was happening. The technician called me with more than an hour’s notice the morning of the appointment. He arrived on time, was personable, and walked me through everything he was checking. Even though my TV wasn’t acting up during the visit, he explained that my model had known issues and told me what options might be available. Within the same business day, he let me know my claim was approved and gave me the replacement order number on the spot. He closed out the claim for me, and I’m getting a replacement TV without any hassle. For the price I paid for the protection plan, this was absolutely worth it. Easy to use, easy to access, and it actually delivers on what it promises.
