I always buy a Best Buy protection plan with any electronic devices. I have used there protection plans in the past when needed and it's great peace of mind knowing if something breaks, Best Buy will fix it or replace it.

The Geek Squad are some of the most professional individuals I have ever worked with. Jeremiah and Dakota in Joplin are friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable. It was a pleasure meeting them and watching them work. They are awesome!

This isn't a large screen TV and I wouldn't buy it (or a larger size) for the main viewing area in my house but it works fine for the bedroom for nighttime viewing. It doesn't have as clear a display as my larger Sony but I'm OK with that. I did have to call Visio to get help adjusting the audio settings to work right with my cable provider but now that all settings are correct I no longer have sound issues. For the cost, it was a good purchase.

Monday, June 29, 2020 at 11:39:42 AM CDT, our Geek Squad Technician arrived. viewed the TV, jotted down information from the back of TV, and informed us our TV could not be repaired, He stated that he would send me a text message with the Geek Squad Warranty Claims phone number and a claim number for a replacement TV covered under our warranty. The Geek Squad Technician left at 11:45:26 AM CDT, 5 minutes 44 seconds after arriving at our home to view our bad TV. At 12:39 PM CDT, 54 minutes later, we received a text message from the Geek Squad Technician for the Geek Squad Claims, Phone Number: 1-866-613-9853 and a Claim Number for the warranty to cover a new TV replacement. Talked with a Geek Squad Agent, in the discussion with the Agent we let her know that our local store does not have a comparable TV and according to the Agent a similar TV is not available in any warehouse. The Agent said we did not have to decide immediately and we could take our time finding another TV set. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. AFTER MANY ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT GEEK SQUAD TV REPLACEMENT CLAIMS 1-866-613-9853 WE FINALLY WERE ABLE TO SPEAK TO AN AGENT AFTER ALMOST THREE (3) HOURS, BEING DISCONNECTED, REDIALING, DISCONNECTED, REDIALING, DISCONNECTED, REDIALING. THAT REALLY IS NOT THE WAY TO DO BUSINESS. NO EXCUSES! Since a like similar TV was not available in any warehouse, we opted with the Geek Squad Claims Agent to take a Best Buy Gift Cash Card for the amount of the TV replacement. This was agreed to with us and the Agent before we ended our call at 2:47 PM CDT. Our Agent "G" promised on Thursday, July 2, 2020 at 2:46 PM CDT to send us the money for our claim in the form of a Best Buy Cash Gift Card and said it would be arriving by UPS-United Parcel Service and I should be getting an email confirming this transaction with a UPS Tracking Number. SUNDAY, JULY 5, 2020 I AM STILL WAITING FOR THAT UPS TRACKING NUMBER. WHAT IS GOING ON? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH, ON HOLD FOR NEARLY THREE (3) HOURS LAST THURSDAY, JULY 2, 2020

I highly recommend this product, when came time too purchased the representative explained the difference in the product I was hoping to purchase. The Geek representative also is highly recommended he has plenty of knowledge

Purchased along with my daughter's new desktop. Though I haven't used them particularly for this product, I've used them in past times. Geek Squad associates are always pleasant and efficient. They always come through when you need them.

The Geek Squad warranty is the bomb. It can cover up to 5 years, then replace it effortlessly if needed.

The replacement under warranty was unbelievably easy. I always purchase extended warranties on big ticket items, thankfully my TV was still under warranty when it went out.

Agents who installed T.V did awesome and would recommend highly, I will say the program used to give equal trade value need to be more accurate on EQUAL service not DOWN GRADE to save money on a product you used INSURANCE CLAIMS on.
