I've had warranty from best buy before. This is my second one for a tv and i will purchase one whenever i buy another tv

I bought this protection for my new tv. Fortunately the tv never broke so I didn't have to use it. I think for super expensive purchases you might want to go this route, but otherwise I would pass. Most new items come with one or two year warranties anyways.

I had purchased a Geek Squad protection plan for my desk top computer. Computer failed and I took it in to Geek Squad for observations. They said it was beyond repair and gave me credit to get another computer with NO HASSLE. That is definitely a great deal.

Geek squad service is a must have for me. They are top notch and are very professional. A must have service for me.

Always go for protection, its just worth the minimal upcharge for the peace of mind.

The help is great! But I don’t use most of the opportunities because I don’t have many problems. I feel the cost is too much for my application and preferred the prior pricing.

A pretty good product protection plan. Worth the extra money so you don't have to worry about replacing your product and costing you full price again.

I always get Best Buy's extended warranty on anything over $250. My Samsung 75" flat screen croaked 4 years into the warranty, and as a result, more than paid for itself.

My TV screen failed after 1 month. Geek Squad came and just brought a new TV and took the old one back

I have had two large tvs break and been fortunate enough to have the geek squad protection. In one case the tv could not be fixed so I got what I spent for a new tv. In the other case they were able to fix it. I would give it 5 stars except that in both cases it took over a month to get the service. That is way too long.

To know that i have the peace of mind if anything happens to my TV that it will be fixed or replaced is pretty amazing. The cost of the 2 year warranty wasnt bad at all. And to also know that all i have to do to take care of it is take it to my local best buy is even better.

Although we probably didn’t need this, we went ahead and purchase it so in the long run we have the support and back up if we had any issues
