So far so good on this set. In my experience with TCL so far, the TV will stop working just past the MFR warranty, so I bought the 5 year geek squad protection plan to cover it longer.

The techs who mounted the equipment very efficiently and knowledgeable. Called the night before to confirm appointment and were very timely. Observed Covid-19 protocols.

My TV was having black spots and Best Buy was super quick to take care of my issue and replace my TV

I love the geej squade they have fix laptops and answered many questions. I recommend them.

Haven't used Geek Squad yet, but the warranty is better than the other ones available elsewhere online, cheaper, and for 5 years instead of 4.

Can’t pass it up for the price. Now if anything happens to it. It can get fixed or replaced by Best Buy. Pluse they come to me with it being a 50 inch tv

I would recommend Geek squad warranties on anything expensive. a few hundred dollars saved me over a thousand dollars in replacement costs.

This purchase has given me peace of mind. They helped with questions I had with the setup of my TV and will be available for troubleshooting and repair long after the TV warranty has expired.

When my TV broke the Geek Squad was there for me very quickly and they were extremely helpful. I normally don't get department store warranties but with Best buy they stand behind their products

Always good to have a professional place to turn when help is needed. Have not had an occasion to use it yet but the confidence of knowing they are there is comforting.
