5 years of geek squad.. 5 years! Havent need to call the squad, but good to know I can if need be.

I don't really know what to say about the warrantee program because I haven't had to use it. I have been buying products from Best Buy for business applications and have had great success.

Great protection plan for the television if something happens to it

I keep getting emails from different Geek Squad people telling me that I will be billed $399 to my credit card. So far I haven't seen any charges and hope to not get any additional charges from what I paid when I purchased the TV.

The staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable and werent pushy for sales.

I don't plan on breaking my tv but the protection plans always come in handy!!! I pretty much buy a Geek Squad Protection plan for everything from cameras down to TV's. You will never know what could happen so its best to stay on the safe side.

The warranty is a good option but the product could have been better

Bought a 5-year Geek Squad Protection, because I would rather be safe than sorry if the TV breaks down or anything goes wrong with it! TVs and I do not the best of luck some times???

I know they do quality work from previous encounters with them. Unfortunately due to the holidays and covid I have to wait over 2 weeks for a house call on a tb that died 2 weeks after purchase. They are always worth it though. Just backed up I suppose currently.

I always buy the longest warranty possible. Once my tv gave out 3.5 years and it was covered.

If I could sing a song about getting a protection plan, thats exactly what I'd do.

Smartest thing I could have done, because you never know when something might happen to the TV. You only have a 30 day return policy and then after that it's on you and I don't have the money to just run out and have repairs done to the TV.

Haven't had to use them yet, but gives me piece of mind in case something goes wrong.

You can never go wrong with a product like this this is my second one and I have no complaints

It's always good to have your products that you purchase covered be the geek squad protection. it's real good if a product becomes damaged and can be fixed without coming out of pocket.

Haven’t had to use and hope I don’t have to but great peace of mind knowing I have Geek Squad back up

I haven't used the geek squad and hopefully I wont ha e too.

Nice to have in case needed and just never know. So if anything does happen I'll be ready with geek squad
