Great visual quality plex has some issues unfortunately and the lack of game streaming apps is felt.

We have purchased this warranty to cover the Samsung TV also bought from Best Buy. So far with any warranties we have purchased through them they have honored accordingly.

Luckily we haven't had to call them for help. We got the greatest insurance for extra protection

For very little more get extended coverage on a product even if it’s a small low cost product why not , they offer fixing and or replacement and even reimbursement .
