Honest service. They won't jerk you around trying to get paid for doing unnecessary repairs. The techs are knowledgeable. Although the products are good, they often fail after the manufacturer's warranty, which is a common practice (planned obsolescence). Geek Squad is there to honor and help.

Not always needed, which is a good thing, but beyond any product's warranty and experiencing problems, they come and repair products on-site and if parts become unavailable, they will replace it with a new product. I can only speak highly of Geek Squad Services.
