It's essential to have this protection because you never know if a device will be good or not. Our faithful tv screen went out and did not come back on. I chatted and called the protection plan and since the item was not able to be repaired it was refunded. The service is worth it completely!

We purchased this option as to protect this $1000 unit. We had a great Samsung for 2 years with no Geek protection from BB. Any item that has potential of under-life potential will have this morning forward.

Over all I am satisfied. I owned an older model—store bought, new—for 7yrs. before it stopped working recently. so I decided to buy the newest model. I must say I am extremely satisfied. Video, sound, and gaming graphics—all which pair nicely with my ps5–are superb. The size is perfect for the bedroom not to exaggeratingly huge or small and I had to stop using my sound bar because the sound quality of the new tv was exceedigly better—the tv being mounted. Overall extremely satisfied.
