I have appreciated the follow up with protection plan when computer developed a virus. The team was knowledgeable in repair and turn around time was minimal. Would recommend to anyone for having peace of mind.

Hopefully I'll never use this "protection" but makes me "feel good" just in case.....It's all about feeling good....$120.00 to feel good is a bargain.

Major purchases always get the the Geek Squad Protection. You never know what may happen, but this gives me a sense of comfort.

Worth the money, great value for peace of mind. Also get the reliability of the geek squad.

It covers quiet a few issues and considering I was buying a brand I didnt have earlier, this will come in handy.

The Geek Squad Protection gives me added security for my products. It ensures me that Best Buy will provide that additional layer of protection needed for appliances.

My daughter’s tv stopped working and it was no problem refunding some money because it couldn’t be fixed.

So far don’t have to use it and hopefully don’t have to but if at some point I have to hopefully they are there.

I always get the warranty though Best Buy when buying a tv. It’s covered my butt more than once! Honestly something I’d rather have and not use than my tv mess up and not have it.

The agent helped me replace my tv was very friendly efficient and helpful

I have not had a need to use the Geek Squad Warranty. i wish i had purchased for my previous TV though. That one had issues around year 4.

Ive been a user of geek sqaud for years and they never fail to fix and satisfy!

Have yet to use this feature but definitely feel at ease knowing it’s there when or if needed.
