Great Tv I love this brand. The picture is clear and the sound is great

for tv it was kind of brutal . The tv was broke the guy had to come out and change the main board in the tv before giving us a new tv. So this took almost 2 months. We did not have a tv for almost 2 months Every time they came they had to replace the same thing ... The tv was 500 dollars instead of replacing it they spent 3000 on 3 boards that did not work, whatever they had to pay the guys to come out and work every time for 2 hours, This was honestly ridiculous. Nothing made sense. luckily we finally got the replacement after the 3rd time and thats the only reason we get 1 more star.

I did not get my LG TV monitor on my wall I just went to Bestbuy and purchase a nice TV Bestbuy had a really good sale on different brands of TV to choose from

Bought this with our home TV and they did a wonderful job installing TV, connecting remote, and showing me how to use everything so I but it when I get electronics!

Pickup at store was so easy. Squad was assertive and very kind.

The protection is mediocre, and dosnt cover a lot of things, you don’t get a choice of replacement, even if you spend 5000 on a tv, you get the equivalent to the tv spec(wich could be next years 200$ tv,)

Great to have coverage if anything happens. Worth the little extra.

It's simple...electronics can fail...no matter what you pay for them so why not buy protection that covers it all (for the most part). I would buy electronics of any kind without this protection!! It's insurance.

This service is probably not for everyone, but was well worth getting for my tv.

I always recommend the geek sqaud protection plan. I have a 2 year old and I want to be covered if she break something I purchased from bestbuy

Thankfully we haven’t had to use this yet. I do feel so much better knowing that if something goes wrong with our purchase- we will get the help we need.

Always get insurance for tvs. It can last forever or die anytime!

With the way TVs are made now on days this is a must you don't want to spend $700 and watch you go down the drain crazy how they don't make them how they used too

Love love love this deal. Purchase it for my oldest daughter. N she couldn't be more happier.

Even though I yet to use this protection plan, just to have it in place is very comforting just in case I have to use it.
