Love the added piece of mind having the extended two year Geek Squad Protection warranty. Geek Squad has always been very professional.

The TV mounting service was atrocious and delivery was abysmal. As long as geeksquad commits to their warranty service if I ever need them in 5 years, I might recommend this service.

The agent over the phone was very friendly about helping me with my broken tv to replace it with a new one. Once the delivery agent brought the tv however, he was not helpful about mounting the tv. I already have a TV mount but he would not help me mount it.

never know when a electronic product may brake. don't forget the handling in store on truck hey you never know

Do yourself a favor, once you spend this amount of money on a product, go ahead and spend the extra little bit to get protection. I mean it lasts for five years! you don't get that kind of insurance anywhere else!
