Having my Geek Squad protection service provides me with a definite peace of mind. I would not purchase an electronic product without this service.

The geek squad protection has always been dependable for me and worth it. They try to solve the problem one way or another to please the customer.

I'm not one for buying warranties and hopefully I won't have to use it but the price was right for peace of mind.

This is one of those purchases you make hoping you never need it. And with the quality of Samsung, I do not expect to. But it is pretty cheap insurance.

I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my recent return attempt under the Best Buy Protection Plan. Despite the product being defective and covered by my plan, the store’s general manager refused to process the return, claiming he did not observe the issue I described. I also explained that I could not leave the monitor at the store since I needed a replacement immediately to complete my work, yet I was offered no professional support or resolution. It is troubling how easily these protection plans are sold, yet when customers attempt to use them, the process feels dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. This experience leaves me questioning the value of the program and the commitment to customer care.
