I think is good to have this plan I have 3 tv but I still haven’t use the warranty

Haven’t had to use it yet. But good to have as a backup.

I usually always get the warranty because things go wrong. Have used several Geek Squad warranties and am satisfied with the adjustments: I walk out of the store with a new product!

Peace of mind when you have warranty and its priced well

great to have as the geekk squad delivered and hung the tv. Hooked up the sound bar and all our additional equipment and made sure everything works.

I feel safer with electronics when i purchase the extended warranty/service.

Piece of mind if you want extended warranty. Just few times I bought something without extra warranty and I regretted it.

Although, not necessary for all my purchases, we typically purchase replacement plans on our big purchases. Best Buy has always made it easy to exchange a defective product, and that to me was worth it.

There’s a large lack of pride in the way companies develop technology these days. I buy geek squad with everything to ensure I have options in the future

I have not used the Geek Squad protection yet. May need it when we hook up to satellite and use our TV for more than DVD's. I had Geek Squad Protection years ago for my computer, and was pleased with their help.

No need to use them yet. Have used them in the past.

Purchased with HDTV as gift for my husband. We do not have alot of tech knowledge and when I have needed it, it was very easy to access.

The service has been able to help me with most of my computer problems over the phone. I have also had them come to my home and they have been courteous and knowledgeable. Jobs have been well done.

love the geek squad service. I am amazed on how they solve problems so quickly. They know all products even if they are old ones.
