I have been a long-time customer. My tablet was damaged I opened the package and dropped it, screen cracked and the service I received went so smoothly. I glad I had ins. coverage, but your geek squad took care of my purchase. I give them a 4-star rating because there's always room for improvement. Adding this protection plan was simple, easy to understand, and well integrated into our TV purchase. Best Buy employees explained it thoroughly, how it works, where to go to file claims, etc.

Took in and repaired on same day. Had a hard time finding where to make an appt.

With the Quality of longevity with Washers, Dryers, Refrigerators, TV's, any Electronics product going down the tubes over the last few decades it is extremely important to just save yourself the headaches that will come not if because they definitely will. I have had to go through the Geek Squad protection services in the past on other products and they have done a great job in handling the issue and either fixing, replacing or giving you a gift card to replace the items all together. Granted recently with the Covid in the mix wait times became in the hours to get thru but I believe that will work itself out in the near future. I didn't buy extra warranties on my last two sets of Washers and dryers and they lasted on cue about 4 years and then it gets ugly with costs of repairs trying to figure it out your self etc.

The team we got were amazing. Professional, knowledgeable, patient. They never rushed us and spent time showing us the options and shortcuts. This team has been together and worked for Best Buy for a long time. Definitely recommend this service and will use again when we need to purchase any tvs

You can never go wrong with geek squad. Ive akways used it and they dont mess around. They get things done fast.

I get the 5 year on all TVs and applianaces its worth every dollar and they have replaced 2 TV's now. A 70 inch LG TV in our living room they came to the house and fixed and did a great job.

The Geek Squad 2-yr protection flew by faster than expected. These geeks know how to get the job done in a timely fashion. The protection is neat with no visible wear in sight. The geeks won't have you waiting more than a couple of minutes if not too busy to assist you. It has been a while since purchasing my device but no major signs of wear and tear. The geek that serviced me was exceptional. I was very impressed with the customer service.
