I always buy the extended warranty here at Best Buy. Things today have so many options and things they can do, you need to be covered when something goes wrong. I highly recommend!

The agents set up my television and they set up a sound bar that I had had before and they connected remotes for not only the TV I bought but for an older TV as well as checked my Orbi mesh system Wi-Fi to make sure it was working correctly with the extenders they went out of their way to help me and they followed the Covid safety protocols they were very knowledgeable and assisted me when I needed a cable and I did not have one they were very very nice as well and extremely helpful. And I worked in customer service for most of my life so I feel that I’m qualified to read these people and I feel that they were absolutely the best part of your geek squad

Geek Squad Came Through with the Factory Warranty did not!

The Geek Squad Protection Plan is great! I had a different 65" tv thar had a problem with the screen. After just under a year, the screen went completely grey. I had the Geek Squad come and check the tv out. First they changed the PC board but that did not help. Next I got to exchange it for a new 65" tv. The process was fairly easy. The person that I spoke with on the phone to help me with the exchange was so nice and very helpful. She let me know my choices of tv's and put through my order. The new tv arrived in just a few days. I purchased a new 5 year plan also.

Great TV. Purchased 2 year Protection Plan. Lightning strike damaged TV 2 months before expiration of Protection Plan. TV will be replaced under the Plan. GREAT DEAL!

The 2-year Geek Squad protection gave me peace of mind. They were helpful, fast, and professional when I needed support. I highly recommend this service to anyone buying tech products. Totally worth it!

I think it's good to always purchase extra service and warranty protection for electronics/appliances and I got this one for a steal 2 years plus additional year warranty not bad and happy to have it

The protection plan is a life saver if your product breaks within two years. It saved us about $800-1000

They are always there available, helpful and informative on issues that arise. I am lucky that I haven't had to use them too often but they are good at what they do.

IF YOU BUY ANY TV YOU MUST BUY THE GEEK SQUAD PROTECTION IT COVER FOR A FULL REPLACEMENT IF THEY CAN'T FIX IT

The Geek squad protection had to be activated for my Samsung 55" inch TV after 3 years. Plus side: I was able to get the value for the TV to trade in for another TV. Minus: once you have to 'activate' your Geek squad for the trade in you lose it. I think it could be argued that if the Geek Squad concurs that your TV can't be fixed and needs to be replaced after 3 years, why shouldn't I still have two years of Geek Squad Protection left? So I guess it's not so much 'protection' as 'insurance,' but def. better than having to buy a new TV flat out.

Its your standard protection plan. Nothing more nothing less.

So far so good but again you have to have patients with the geek squad, they will meet your need, but they take too long.
