Great service when You need help I would purchase it again

Great quality, easy to set up, it offered me a lot of to choose from, from free programs to those I have to pay for

The Geek Squad Protection saved my sanity after a major hardware failure, I brought my HP computer in to the local Geek Squad office for evaluation and repair. The agent exceeded my expectations and got the thing working again in a few short days. The Geek Squad also brought a laptop back to life. I consider the protection plan a good investment, both in overall cost savings for repairs, but reducing my aggravation with something fails.

The Squad installed my GE washer and dryer. It wasn’t easy. The configuration we had in mind was ok and would have worked but suggestions from the installation crew changed my mind. My wife was incredibly pleased with the change! They earned me some wife points. Lol. Now I am having them return and install pedestals under each!

I buy extended warranties on every electronics device and appliance I've purchase at Best Buy. Several years ago I bought a desktop gaming computer for my son for Christmas along with the extended warranty. He didn't take very good care of it and his mother helped things along when she dropped it and all the glass broke. In the third year of the three year warranty, I returned the thing for repair. Whatever part was needed was no longer available so Best Buy gave me a complete refund. I couldn't believe it! But I am now a believer in their extended warranty program.

Best Buy and Geek Squad have ALWAYS given me the best of care and service when it comes to their Protection Plans. Any time I have every had an issue with an item that was under warranty they quickly took action to fix my issue, whether it was to repair the item back to fully working condition or replacing the item promptly if it could not be fixed. Best Buy has always handled the situation to my fullest satisfaction. That is why I tell anyone who asks, my first choice will always be to get my electronics from Best Buy because of their Protection Plan!!!

It has saved my peasant existence of a life from spending an absurd amount of money for any product. Between defects, wear and tear over time, or bad products overall, the warranty has been very helpful. Between getting my money back, exhanging, or getting store credit, it honestly is one of the only reasons why I even shop at Best Buy.

This is the second TV I’ve bought at Best Buy in the last 12 years. Both TVs I got the extended warranty the first TV I didn’t have to use it until almost 5 years and they fixed my TV fast and easy. This is one of the best investments I've ever made! I ended up using the Geek Squad for ALL of my electrical items purchased at Best Buy or not! The protection is soooo applicable to so many scenarios of needs by a common user of laptops, cell phones, copiers and tablets! The services (in person or on the phone), the automatic extended warranties and free deliveries have more than paid for my service protection twice over! Each "geek" has been stellar in their knowledge and friendly in their service!

Got just in case, got it for a mid range priced TV.. Have had issues in past with Geek Squad protection plans (had to go to Corp to get it covered as store refused to honor it).. But in the end got the other product replaced. Was told that this would not be an issue this time but only time will tell. Worth it if you have the time to call Corp to make sure you are able to use it should the store refuse..

I ALWAYS buy warranties for my purchases. When my T.V. , I bought at BEST BUY , suddenly broke down , I called them, and an Agent from the GEEK SQUAD came to my home, diagnosed the problem AND told me I was TOTALLY covered!! He helped me understand the warranty and I was able to get a NEW T.V. to replace the defective one. Then of course I got another 5 year standard GEEK SQUAD Waranty!! I'd give 10 Stars if I could!! The agent was Polite Professional and Knowledgeable!! I highly recommend getting Warranties and using the GEEK SQUAD!! Thank You BEST BUY and The GEEK SQUAD!!

I’m happy with this protection, I have two kids and need it really I just got a new Remote Tv because it was removed by my kids and Geek Squad paid for it
