Love the help I get when bring the item in to the store

this protection plan is excellent ! from previous experience - with our defective tv which didn't function after the geek squad guys tried to repair it, we were offered replacement of the defective tv or store credit. we chose the store credit. we were able to buy a newer model of the tv (with additional cost, of course).

Excellent service & very happy with the outcome of my questions.

They have the best of quality customer service would definitely recommend for all your electronics and appliances!

These tvs these days are so expensive I highly recommend getting the warranty. My 3 yr old Samsung I had in a shop two times for $300 each. So I for sure bought a warranty on this new tv.

Best buy was AWESOME! My 85" TV died after 3 years, and Best Buy was GREAT to deal with on the replacement.

We love the geek squad protection. This is the main reason we shop at Best Buy. We had a problem a few years ago with a tv that we had owned over a year. We took the tv back to our local Best Buy. They looked at it and refunded us the entire amount we had paid for the tv. It took about 40 minutes for the entire process, including waiting in line.

We didn't want any liability for our new Sony 75" TV set failing under Sony's or Best Buy's warranty. And given that we had the Geek Squad do the installation, it was a no brainer to have the Best Buy warranty. Even if nothing fails, its better insurance than we have for hurricane damage on the house!

Buying extra warranty always gives piece of mind . They replaced a washer for me before.

This little tv is great for a guest room. You can download any channel app and log in or purchase.

I bought a smart TV and very glad I bought the extended warranty because you just never know what can go wrong and Best Buy Geek Squad is the best they will help you over the phone as well in the store and the price for it was very reasonable compared to other retailers and I can feel at ease with making a huge purchase so far I have not had to use it and hopefully I will not but I am pleased knowing I have it for the next 3 yrs. if necessary. It is a must have.
