    Unfortunately my TV doesn’t always want to cut on , and it’s not a battery in the remote issue. The apps often lag at launch, despite having a direct Ethernet connection to my router. Very disappointed with this tv, but missed the ability to return, so I’m stuck with it for now.

    I would like to give zero rating for this product. It has been confirmed by Best Buy that I would have receive my TV on time (6th December 2022) and ending up with so many harassments while asking for help from Service center executive. The authority has delayed to deliver the item causing false delivery promises to my order after confirming that they would deliver by x,y,z dates. My order has been delayed by Best Buy multiple times and certainly after long waiting almost by 25 days delayed post ordering the item, they stop responding with no justification. It was so frustrating and harassment of my time giving false promise of delivery by Best Buy. I didn't have that satisfactory level of dealing the product with Best Buy. This is not acceptable and not the way of handling customers. It was very disappointing and not acceptable at all.

    This is probably one of the worst TVs I've ever had. The picture is constantly stuttering no matter what settings I have it on, even letting it stay on for a while to let it "warm up" changes nothing. With the settings, they change by themselves all the time, whenever I turn the TV on the settings are different, and some of them are even grayed out, so why give me the option to change something if they are locked at what it is set to? Even the wifi connection is bad on here. My router is right under the TV on the same stand, and it is constantly buffering or dropping quality when I'm trying to watch anything. The only redeming quality was the sale price of $300, but that doesn't matter since I'm returning this peice of trash as soon as I can. Even the phone support was bad, the person I had on the phone was very passive aggressive and did not seem like they wanted to help me.

    Very good picture, but had the tv 3 weeks and locked up twice in two weeks. The first time it locked up it was off and would not respond to remote or hard buttons on back of the set. The Second time it locked up the tv was on and would not respond to remote or hard buttons on back of tv.

    Ok for the price. Uhd and HDR doesn't work for most movies and shows through streaming services on the TV. Overall a fairly disappointing tv.

    57 inch not 65 at all

    This was a black friday steal so I thought. This is a 57 inch inside of a 65 inch box. (Always measure your television) Best buy & Roku count your days. Ill keep it because of price and price only.
