Answer all concern questions I was concerned of how I was gonna get the TV up and they informed me that they do that and it didn’t cost that much. I also gave when it came and did it thanks geek squad.

I have not used it, but im glad I have it. I purchased it in case it is needed.

The agents came out to my house and diagnosed the tv within a minute. Very quick and easy process.

Geek Squad is always good to have if ever needed. I've hadn't had to use this at all. I have for 5 years. It wasn't expensive either.

I'm not a technology-minded person. As a result, I want someone I can call if I have a question about the product I've purchased, or a problem arises. Having Geek Squad protection gives me peace of mind because I know I can call them 24/7 (yes, I've called them in the middle of the night), and they will help me. I mounted it by myself with help from a few friends as BestBuy doesn't deliver or come out to Eastern Oregon. Had to rent a trailer and fetch tv minus the fuel and time it took to retrieve my purchase.

Figures out to be $10 a year, well worth it.As my other tv lasted 4 1/2 years.

55” TV I purchased was 13 months old when the picture went out but there was sound, called Geek Squad and diagnosed over phone, parts shipped to my apartment and service man was here within a week. TV couldn’t be fixed and a replacement TV was ordered, all this during the Covid-19 virus. No replacement available so received a gift card for a new replacement ... Because of COVID-19 it took just over 5 weeks to get the replacement but understandable

Had a large TV that started to fade after 4 years, Geek Squad service replaced it and helped with new install, and guidance and help. Ryan and Dimitri were awesome. great job easy to deal with. Took a week to call, get an appointment to come to the house, assess, replace and correct problem. Really fast turnaround. So glad i got the coverage!
