I bought this because I don't want to be sitting around looking at nothing. If the tv goes out I think the geek squad will come to my rescue and that's a whole lot better than sitting and looking at nothing.

These People are well trained. Dustin and was very thorough in explaining on to operate TV with new control. Would not leave until we were completely satisfied; it was his top priority that all of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. Bought a tv with the extended warranty. A yeast later, the TV had an issue ans instaad of fixed, we opted for the gift card and we upgraded.

The gave me a refund for the prior tv that stopped working. Got a better one. Communication could have been better, the tracking and phone service was not the best. Had to go to the store

Was an emergency purchase as my previous tv stopped working at about 7pm. Was able to get to Best Buy about 45 min before closing. Very happy with our new purchase.

The warranty was cheap and i hope i never need to b use but i have on another tv before and never had questions for complications dealing with the team.

Coverage for your TV is worth it. TVs don't last as long as they used to. Had a few TVs that quit working after a year. One year goes by fast and Geek Squad Protection replaced the TVs every time instead of having to spend hundreds on a new TV. Had some issues collecting on one TV but they eventually honored it.

Take computer, mobiles, or report tv issues. They are knowledgeable about technology. Very happy with their services

When our LG TV was delivered I wanted to have it all set up before my husband got home and the Geed Squad help me through the set up and it was nice and easy.

Feel comfortable knowing we have tech support and repair capabilities. Good value

$360 for a $2000 tv. If you can buy an expensive tv or electronic, you can buy the warranty. Go and look around at cheaper services. None compare to what geek squad covers and will fix.

i got the 2 year standard greek squad protection plan for my 55 inc smart tv by mistake I meant to get the 5 year standard protection plan. Which I feel would be a good deal because I had another tv without the 5 year year plan and the main frame on it went bad and I tried to put it in the shop and they wanted $300 to fix it. Where now having the plan if anything goes wrong they will fix it.

Haven’t had to use this yet and the tv is holding up just fine. But it’s in a young child’s room so the cost for peace of mind that whatever is broken can be fixed makes the value worth it.

Got this on sale. Great picture and decent sound. TV OS is a bit laggy but not unbearble. Great for watching Netflix, was super easy to sign into all my streaming apps!
