I love my Geek Squad service! If I have a question, they are always so polite and knowledgeable. To know my TV is protected gives me peace of mind. I recommend the Geek Squad plan for any device that needs a little extra protection.

We are very pleased with the geek squad. If we had issues we were able to call set up an appointment and have them fixed. This was in our home and at the store!

I had to use the plan on a defective TV. I brought the old TV in and left with a brand new one. The whole thing to half hour, probably because I couldn't decide which tv to get.

Replacement plan is good to have just in case. I had to use it one time on another purchase and it covers it just like they say. I wouldn’t go without it.

very professionally done in a timely manner its been six months and since the installation of my wall mounted 50 inch tv and no issues yet.

I honestly can't write a review on this service yet because I haven't used it. Smh I'm hoping i won't have to. But always get insurance in your items.

My LG 65" TV needed to be serviced. Polite. On time. Booties. In and out in a decent amount of time. They fixed the problem then went ahead and reprogrammed all of my devices accordingly...Thank you. I saved the big one for last...They spoke English...WELL!! and had a sence of humour.

It is worth just having a peace of mind that any issues will be taken care of with their expertise.

Always buy the protection. It’s worth it. I’ve used it a few times, a back light problem on lg tv. Tv hit by surge etc.

The color on my TV started to fail so I called. Long story short they replaced the set right away.

Absolutely spectacular service from the Geek Squad and store manager at my local store. If you're buying a big ticket item getting this plan is a must. They'll even come to your house for assessment and repair.

I purchased Geek Squad protection for peace of mind on my Best Buy purchases. Ive used it before, and it gives you your moneys worth for sure. Spend a little extra and get the coverage.

I usually dont get the protection for anything, but since I saved so much money on the open box item I decided to get the protection so for whatever reason my gf TV will be repaired or replaced with little to no hassle. and since its added to your account dont really need to keep receipts since they can look you up in the system.
