I tried to get help with a tv i both in feb it is now dec and the tv keeps dropping volume then gets really loud i think it's outrageous that you can spend $300 on something that don't last a year and then trying to get hemp fixing it with a geek squad protection plan that you buy for this reason and what it costs you more money to fix it

It’s a warranty. What can you say about it. I just hope I don’t have to ever use it. It’s an insurance policy. You only need when ur need it

Upgrading our RV television to a flat screen. We are very happy with this TV. It is compact and fits well in our camper

all of my stuff did not transfer over to my new computer. no virus protection transfer had to do it myself. thats what i paid for so i wouldnt have to do it myself.

Excellent tv for the price i watch a lot of netflix and hulu

If I could give it a 0 star I would, brand new tv came broke and customer service was terrible saying it’s nothing they could do about it

I will always get geek Squad to all my devices is the smartest thing to do because you just never know what could go wrong.

I HAVENT HAD A CHANCE TO USE THEM IN MY HOME , HOWEVER IN THE STORE THE PERSON WHO ASSISTED WAS VERY KNOWELEGABLE.

Good tv for the price. Only issue is a few times I’ve turned the tv on and the volume doesn’t work. I have to shut down tv and wait a little while for it to work again

Great has taken care of several computers and phones but noty 40 inch tv.

had an issue with my new 75 inch toshiba setting it up .made one phone call issued solved they great

I have to say that after purchasing the geek squad protection before I have yet to find any better warranty than a best buy warranty.

Definitely comes in handy to add insurance on your product. Still haven’t used the protection plan but it’s good to the have it.!

The agent connected all my tvs and programmed the controller. Very professional service and dependable when I called.

I bought this tv back in 2016 yes I like to wait a while and really use something before I write a review. Till today still looks as the day I bought it. The image still great.

Always recommended getting geeksquad with any purchase they make it easy to replace your products . Had no issues when my 75” Sony tv went bad.

Idk what product this is but its great. The thumbnail was too small to see what it was.

Wanted this for protection just in case something happens. Gives me a peace of mind.
