They are dependable and honest. The weak spot is most everything is sent out for repairs post diagnosis that can't be repaired in house. If parts are available you'll get it done in house as soon possible. Outside with a backlog, it can mean months. Ask the Geek Squad what manufacturer of interest gives the best performance and has the least chance for return when you intend to buy. You can do that with a chat on line.

The agents hooked up the TV and explained everything to us from turning it on to turning on Prime Video. These guys were very knowledgeable, smart, and especially patient with us and took their time to install the tv and were very neat and cleaned up after themselves including taking the box/trash with them. All I had to do was to sit down and enjoy my new TV.

This is a great protection plan considering it’s only $19.99. My T.V. wasn’t displaying a picture only sound. Took it to the Geek Squad and they replaced it for me. It was fast and easy. The staff was also great! Biji was great, very professional, helpful and nice. This was definitely a pleasant experience!

This service is a must have for all of your purchases. There is no haggle-they replace or give you credit immediately. I add it to all of my purchases.

Worth having for peace of mind, however with my PS5 purchase experienced the worst of the worst. Had a PS5 failure within three months of the purchase, and because stock is extremely limited the benefit's do not apply. There are no consoles in store to replace them with so you end up relying on the manufacturer to take care of you. Worth buying for items in store, not so much with PS5

5 year protection plan was affordable and gives you a extra layer of assistance if something goes wrong with your purchase.

Since the tv was on sale, I bought the protection for a great buy and now can relax if something happens in the next 5 years with my tv. You never know how long something will work but I’m protected if it stops working.

Thankfully, I haven't had to call them about my tv, but I've had good luck with them in the past of laptops and other pcs.

I mean its a must, if you buy somethint for a $1,000 don't you want to have some sort of coverage on it?
