[Employee of bestbuy] Great smart tv. The interface is smooth. All apps work perfecty fine. Wish it was a little brighter. Would recommend Apple tv for better picture quality

My nephew took it out and assembled it with no trouble at all. I bought the warrany for my peace of mind. It was my first time purchasing a tv with these capabilities and wanted to be sure I got good performance from it.

We still have this tv and we haven't had any problems with it i recomend this brans

Such a great deal! Five years of protection for our new 50" Insignia 4K TV with Amazon Fire HD built-in. We got a very decent price. When you pay $300 for a 50" 4K TV with a streamer and a whopping five year warranty, it is a deal! So using my own personal experience, if a TV lasts five years or more, it's paid for it's self. This warranty is a good deal to cover my cheap TV deal!

Protection for any expensive device is worth it period. Dont over think it.

Geek Squad 5 years plan save my bacon on TV’s twice now, it’s a must have for any owners purchasing at Best Buy.

Since the Samsung t.v. collapsed with in the first couple of years, and my t.v. was replaced with a Sony, because of the 5 yr. warranty I bought in the beginning ~~ I bought another 5 yr. warranty for the new Sony.

Usually, I never get the extended warranties, but in today's age of electronics, its a sound investment.

Geek Squad always helps me! If you are just joining, you need understand that you have to make an appointment - in store and / or online. It is generally quick, but not instantaneous. I greatly appreciate their help with my technological problems. It is a great weight off of my shoulders to belong and not have to worry about how to get a repair done. Many times they can help remotely.

Former television had an issue...after being picked up for possible repair, was informed needed part was worth more than my almost five year old television. Was offered either a comparable television, or, a check. I chose the check, as I had decided to upgrade to a 4K HDR, and used the $$ toward the new television. I purchased the warranty for my new television too...too many new & innovative items associated with newer TVs. I consider the warranty peace of mind. Recommend it!

Worth EVERY CENT !! if your phone starts acting wonky or goes kerplunk GEEK SQUAD to the RESCUE !!
